We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care and support to our residents in our Long-Term Care facility. At Unity Point St. Luke's Living Center West, we believe in fostering a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel safe, valued, and empowered.

• Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care setting, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for each resident.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

• Valid RN license in the state of Iowa.
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
