Employee Separation Policy:
Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

NBO: 16 hrs

EMR: EPIC

OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier

Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum

On Call: ***/hr

Charge/Precept: ***/hr

Billable OT:

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

Requirement

Description:

• minimum of 24 months experience in OR / Operating Room [required]
• Proficient experience in DaVinci robotics [required]
• Proficient experience in vascular cases [required] --- (TCAR, TAVR, bypass, Endarterectomy, Emobolectomy, AV fistula)
• Proficient experience in general surgery [required]
• EPIC emr experience [required]
• Spine experience [preferred]
• travel experience within the previous 15 mos [required]
• scrub experience [preferred]

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current operating room experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Operating Room Nurse/RN) – [required]
• Nurses must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission – [required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]

• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client ACLS; advanced cardiac life support – [required]
