Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) day shift in a long-term care facility in Dubuque, IA. Provides nursing care, medication administration, and patient monitoring across a 3x12 schedule with rotating weekends. Works with a supportive team to deliver compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals
Support patients and families with compassionate, high-quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards
Active Iowa (or compact) LPN license
Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
Earn up to $1,700 per week
Consistent day shift schedule
