American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with strong robotics and vascular case experience for a Days schedule in Cedar Rapids, IA.

• Operating Room unit within a regional hospital setting
• 14 beds with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Utilizes DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa robotics equipment
• Days shift, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hrs/week
• Call requirements include 1 night per week and up to 1 weekend per month
• Holiday rotation required

• Active IA RN license or compact/multistate license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
• Minimum of 24 months current Operating Room RN experience required
• Proficient experience in DaVinci robotics required
• Proficient experience in vascular cases required, including TCAR, TAVR, bypass, endarterectomy, embolectomy, and AV fistula
• Proficient experience in general surgery required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Spine surgery experience preferred
• Scrub experience preferred
• Travel RN experience within the previous 15 months required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Professional reference from a supervisor, charge nurse, manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months preferred

• Provide perioperative nursing care across general surgery, vascular, and robotic-assisted cases
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Required to work 1-2 of the 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless the unit is closed
• Past UnityPoint Health employees (FTE or PRN float pool) are ineligible to work travel assignments at other UPH markets within 12 months of separation
• Candidates should expect a pre-screening phone interview from a 405 area code number
