The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent service and support to wholesale and retail customers in Cedar Rapids, IA. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $18.50 per hour and requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include processing sales transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining high standards in the store.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a valid Driver's License, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
