Responsibilities
- Oversee the total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability
- Establish and maintain guest services and control expenses
- Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, and staffing
- Setup, pack‑up, and teardown of the seasonal store
- Minimum age 21
- Flexible schedule required
- Prior retail management experience is required
8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
Employment InformationThe store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
The application that you are about to complete will be routed to our consignment operator for their consideration. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
