Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

What You Will Do
  • Safety First – Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws, conducting vehicle inspections, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Count and record inventory – Maintain precision and accuracy.
  • Follow a clear workflow – Use the provided playbook for success.
  • Move between inventory locations – Walk or stand for extended periods.

Team Requirements
  • Minimum age: 21 for van driver, 18 for personal vehicle use.
  • Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work preferred.
  • Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and positive team attitude.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
  • Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
Driver Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license in state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
  • Minimum of three years proven driving experience.
  • Subject to pre‑employment investigative report, screening, and MVR check.
  • Familiarity with GPS navigation.
  • Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional overnight travel.
Working Conditions

Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, crouch, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs, and travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
