Senior Inventory Control Specialist

Looking for a great part-time opportunity with daytime hours and weekends off? We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented team member to lead our Cedar Rapids crew as a Senior Inventory Control Specialist. The crew works Monday through Friday and will work 20‑30 hours per week.

How The Day Works

As a leader of a Casey’s Inventory team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our stores running smoothly, building relationships with store leadership and helping to develop other inventory team members. Scan the QR code to watch a short video to learn more.

Team members meet at a designated Casey’s store at 9 a.m. From there, the team travels together in a company vehicle to other Casey’s locations in the Cedar Rapids area to complete a physical inventory. Team members return, typically before 3 p.m., to the designated Casey’s store after the inventory is completed.

And here’s the best part: you’re paid from the moment you leave the designated store until you return at the end of the day. That means all travel and work time are covered!

• Senior Specialist starting pay at $19.25 – $25.25 per hour depending on experience

• Valid driver's license and pre‑employment drug screen required
• Ability to frequently lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Work is performed in a store setting, including in freezers and coolers
• Requires standing and walking in store environment for long periods and involves repeated bending, squatting, stooping and kneeling
• Travel is required daily and overnight travel is required 25 % – 90 % of the time
• General bookkeeping and basic inventory concept knowledge
• Solid attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent
