• Provide exceptional customer service and promote products to build brand relationships.
• Assist management in building store business and meet sales and service metrics.
• Serve multiple customers concurrently, multitask and handle projects simultaneously.
• Keep abreast of fashion trends, product knowledge, and create outfits for customers.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and effectively communicate store information and initiatives to management.
• Manage inventory according to policies, including filling orders, recalls, recovery, replenishment and re‑tickets.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Occasionally lead/supervise others, open and close the store.
