.

The Retail Team Member contributes to the success of the Goodwill stores and their mission by delivering outstanding customer service, processing donations, utilizing the cash register, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and team members. Responsibilities include handling material, greeting donors, processing donations, replenishing inventory on the sales floor, and collaborating with store leadership to meet production and store goals.

Production Retail Team Members will follow current best practices for sorting, tagging, hanging, and pricing merchandize while working with leadership to assess inventory needs. They will accurately record production units to meet or exceed production goals and customer demand.

Schedule: This is a part-time position averaging 20 hours per week. The schedule consists of four 5-hour shifts per week from 11:00am to 4:00pm.
Availability to work either Saturdays or Sundays is required.

The starting wage for this position is $15.00
.

• Ability to read and write
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Use of proper PPE and work-related tools with proper training
• Related work experience preferred, but not required
• Successful completion of a sex offender background check
• Successful completion of retail training within the first week of employment
