Goodwill of the Heartland is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to lead a retail team, ensure excellent customer service, and keep a neat, inviting storefront. The ASM will assist the Store Manager with staff training, documentation, and safety, and will supervise in the Store Manager's absence.
Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required; a rotating schedule is planned. Iowa background screening, license, and driving records are part of the process.
