Mitigate and reduce losses through deterrence of external theft and execution of key operational programs;
Model customer engagement behaviors to detect and deter shoplifters and provide service to all customers;
Monitor store compliance with policies related to safety, operational controls and MES execution;
Assist in external/internal investigations and promote store awareness around addressing theft and operational controls;
Complete incident reports in LPMS for recoveries, shoplifting, and grab-and-go activity; follow up with local authorities for case resolution
