The RoleWe’re hiring a Sales Executive to help drive 2026 growth by building relationships, running a disciplined sales process, and converting qualified prospects into long‑term clients. This is a consultative role for someone who can translate digital marketing into business outcomes and who thrives on consistent follow‑up, clean pipeline management, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposal → close → handoff
- Execute outbound and follow‑up campaigns (cold, warm, dormant leads, and existing clients)
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in our CRM (accurate stages, next steps, notes, and reporting)
- Run discovery calls that uncover business goals, gaps, budgets, and urgency
- Present solutions clearly (SEO, websites, Google Business/visibility offerings, ongoing support/hosting) and tie recommendations to ROI
- Collaborate with delivery to ensure scopes are aligned and handoffs are clean
- Improve performance through testing and iteration (messaging, sequences, offers, objection handling)
- Client-first partnership: You protect trust and sell what’s right, not just what’s easy
- Consultative educator: You explain clearly, avoid jargon, and lead with insight
- Proactive follow‑through: You’re consistent, responsive, and accountable
- Process discipline: CRM hygiene and measurable activity are non‑negotiable
- Growth mindset: You test, learn, and continuously improve
- Integrity + ownership: You hit numbers without compromising fit or quality
- Team collaboration: You value alignment so clients win after the close
- CRM is clean and accurate; pipeline is consistently moving with next steps scheduled
- You’re booking qualified discovery calls weekly and improving show/close rates over time
- You’re confidently presenting and closing core offers with strong discovery and tight scopes
- Handoffs are smooth, and client expectations are set clearly before kickoff
- 2+ years in consultative sales (marketing, SaaS, agency, or B2B services preferred)
- Strong discovery, follow‑up, and objection‑handling skills
- Comfort using a CRM daily and reporting pipeline activity honestly
- Excellent written and verbal communication (clear, confident, professional)
- Experience selling SEO, websites, Google Business/visibility services, or recurring retainers
- Experience building outbound sequences (email + follow‑up cadences)
- Agency experience or familiarity with how delivery/scoping works
- A client‑centered brand built on trust, clarity, and measurable results
- A growing service portfolio with recurring revenue opportunities
- A team that values process, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Room to grow into expanded responsibilities as we scale
