Permanent, full-time direct‑hire W2 role with a client in the field B2B sales and business development space. Base salary, full benefits, uncapped commission, guaranteed non‑recoverable draw for the first 12 months, and residuals.
Responsibilities- Sell the Clover cloud‑based point‑of‑sale (POS) platform to small‑ and medium‑sized businesses (SMBs) in your territory. Clover combines POS hardware and software for card, mobile wallet, contactless payments, inventory, reporting, and customer loyalty.
- Manage a territory of dozens of branches from partner banks, building relationships with business bankers to generate referrals and close deals while self‑sourcing new opportunities.
- Conduct on‑site product demos and presentations at client businesses to demonstrate how the platform can streamline operations and boost revenue, and close sales deals in person.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, self‑sourcing leads, generating referrals through existing clients and bank partnerships, closing deals, and maintaining territory performance to meet quota/KPI, turning around underperforming accounts.
- Build lasting client and partner relationships, identify challenges early, and deliver proactive solutions that drive growth and retention.
- Demonstrate proven outside sales experience that hits quota, works with provided leads, builds a pipeline, closes deals, and hunts for new business.
- Experience in outside B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience as a Business Banker, Commercial Relationship Banker, or Commercial Relationship Manager with SMB clients is a plus.
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.
