In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by securing new clients and expanding existing relationships within the brokerage sector. You will leverage your industry expertise and proven track record to develop customized solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and energetic Inside Sales Representative to support revenue growth by generating new business and nurturing client relationships. This role focuses on high-volume outreach, lead generation, and coordinating logistics solutions, with an emphasis on spot freight and targeted industry verticals.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate new business through calls, emails, and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Develop relationships with shippers and identify transportation needs.
• Quote and coordinate spot freight opportunities while supporting contract business.
• Collaborate with operations and senior sales to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems.
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and capacity within the logistics industry.
Qualifications:
• 1-3+ years of sales, inside sales, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong communication, phone presence, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM or TMS systems is a plus.
Preferred Industry Exposure:
Material handling/conveyor, manufacturing, aerospace, or white-glove/specialty freight.
