Position: Account Executive New Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States

Hybrid work structure, 2 days/week in office

Year 1 on-target earnings: $65,000

Year 2 on-target earnings: $80,000


* On-target earnings include base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonuses.

What you will be responsible for as an Account Executive
  • Grow a book of business by helping small businesses succeed with Hibu’s all-inclusive digital marketing platform, Hibu One
  • Follow a proven & efficient prospecting process utilizing AI‑driven tools that are designed to leverage personalization and simplify the sales process
  • Partner with a skilled Digital Marketing expert to deliver confident, consultative marketing recommendations to small businesses
  • Develop long‑term business relationships with your clients as you build your book of business (and earn ongoing residual commissions for retaining and increasing your clients!)
  • Work within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
  • Selling in a highly productive and competitive environment to achieve and exceed sales objectives
