Responsibilities
  • Delight customers and enhance relationships by handling post-invoice check-ins and ensuring swift resolution of issues.
  • Proactively engage with declining accounts to diagnose spending drops and initiate actionable next steps (e.g., scheduling appointments or requesting quotes) to win back loyalty.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM, track outcomes, and produce insights on customer challenges and opportunities.
  • Escalate issues to branch leadership and set appointments for outside representatives, contributing to a high-performance culture.
What You Need To Be Successful
  • Strong phone presence and professionalism with the ability to navigate positive and challenging conversations.
  • Organizational skills and persistence to follow through on a structured outreach cadence without constant supervision.
  • Good judgment for effective escalation of customer issues and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Hub Spot, for tracking interactions and managing customer information.
