Suburban Lumber Company is looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our team in Eastern Iowa.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced team environment. Experience in sales or building materials is preferred, but attitude, work ethic, and customer service matter most.
Key responsibilities- Assisting walk-in and house accounts
- Answering customer inquiries and providing product support
- Preparing quotes and light estimating
- Supporting outside sales representatives
- Maintaining showroom appearance and assisting with hardware orders
