We have a great opportunity for a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join our team! The Counter Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining product knowledge and is encouraged to market and promote new products. The role also involves assisting customers during the sales/purchase process, responding to inquiries professionally, and supporting warehouse functions as needed.

Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software while maintaining a professional sales demeanor.
  • Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow‑up calls.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock requests.
  • Arrange and organize point‑of‑sale displays and shelves to ensure products are visually appealing.
  • Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and replenish merchandise.
  • Ensure all pricing, labels, and promotional signage are accurate and visible.
  • Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe, clean environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
  • Basic problem‑solving and computer skills.
  • Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting the assignment.
