Director of Sales, Account Manager, Industrial Sales, Area Manager
PMX Industries is seeking a Sales Director/Manager of Inside Sales to take our growth to the next level. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution to drive revenue, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with key customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
What You’ll Do- Lead and inspire the Inside Sales team to achieve and exceed annual sales goals.
- Develop and execute strategies that align with PMX’s overall business objectives.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations—including pipeline development, forecasting, and sales cycle management—to ensure consistent results and strong performance.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers through effective negotiation and collaboration.
- Mentor and develop sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.
- Partner cross‑functionally with other departments to achieve company‑wide goals.
- Oversee reporting, compliance, and departmental policies to ensure smooth operations and accurate forecasting.
- Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in specialty alloys, metals sales, or a related industrial industry.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing sales teams.
- Industry Expertise: Strong background in technical or specialty metals sales preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
