Job Requirements

Hybrid work structure – 2 days per week in office

Year 1 on‑target earnings
: $65,000

Year 2 on‑target earnings
: $80,000

On‑target earnings include base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonuses.

• Grow a book of business by helping small businesses succeed with Hibu’s all-inclusive digital marketing platform, Hibu One.
• Follow a proven & efficient prospecting process utilizing AI‑driven tools that are designed to leverage personalization and simplify the sales process.
• Partner with a skilled Digital Marketing expert to deliver confident, consultative marketing recommendations to small businesses.
• Develop long‑term business relationships with your clients as you build your book of business (and earn ongoing residual commissions for retaining and increasing your clients!).
• Work within a wide variety of industries, making each day different.
• Selling in a highly productive and competitive environment to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
