OverviewAs a Sales Support Specialist / Client Transaction Specialist, you will execute finance programs and transactions accurately, manage customer relationships, and support the sales process from application to funding. Your role will drive sales goals while ensuring flawless execution of customer financing programs.
Responsibilities- Execute all transaction components promptly, accurately, and consistently, meeting quality metrics and exceeding customer expectations.
- Compute rate calculations based on knowledge of rate economics and procedures.
- Provide proactive communication with customers and internal teams regarding program trends and opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries, conduct research, and identify mutually beneficial resolutions.
- Manage daily communication flow across platforms, maintaining detailed notes and supporting transactional records.
- Gather, review, and input customer documentation and credit decisions to ensure accurate funding preparation.
- Guide transactions from application entry through funding.
- Collaborate with sales, credit, documentation, account support, portfolio management, and leadership to meet customer commitments.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate solutions across functions.
- High school graduate or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1 year of customer service experience, or experience in the financial services industry, preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services or leasing is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work across multiple computer systems.
- Mathematical aptitude and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open-work environment.
