Relief Route Sales Driver

Route Sales Relief Driver is responsible for building strong customer partnerships, promoting route growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and account management.

• Meeting sales targets, renewing service agreements, and retaining customers to enhance profitability.
• Identifying new business opportunities by selling additional products and acquiring new accounts.
• Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining respectful relationships.
• Ensuring safe loading, unloading, and delivery of products, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Operating company vehicles safely, performing vehicle maintenance, and complying with DOT regulations.
• Accurately managing cash and product transactions daily.
• Communicating effectively with team members and reporting customer issues or competitor activities.

• 1-2 years of experience in roles involving public interaction.
• High School Diploma/G.E.D. and a valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively, respond to changing demands, and work independently.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn product sales and customer service skills.
