Management&Sales Training Program

Sherwin-Williams seeks ambitious graduates for our 2027 Management & Sales Training Program in manufacturing-focused markets. In this full-time rotational role, you'll gain hands-on experience in store operations, B2B sales, and basic manufacturing support while learning our industry-leading paints and coatings portfolio. Trainees manage customer relationships, support territory sales growth, and assist with merchandising, inventory, and color matching. You'll be mentored by leaders, complete structured training, and build a clear path toward assistant manager or sales roles in our global network.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations in sales, store operations, and basic manufacturing support
• Build relationships with commercial, industrial, and retail customers
• Support territory sales growth through prospecting and account management
• Assist with color matching, product recommendation, and technical support
• Manage in-store merchandising, inventory, and order fulfillment
• Analyze sales and performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Participate in safety, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives
• Deliver presentations and reports on progress and project results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentors on business projects
• Prepare for promotion into an assistant manager or sales role upon completion
