Management and Sales Intern

Join Sherwin-Williams as a 2027 Management and Sales Intern and gain hands-on experience in a leading global paints and coatings manufacturer. You'll support store and sales leaders with daily operations, customer service, and merchandising while learning consultative selling and inventory management. Responsibilities

• Support store and sales managers with daily operations in a manufacturing-focused retail environment
• Assist with sales activities, including customer consultations, quoting, and order processing
• Learn and apply Sherwin-Williams sales processes, product knowledge, and merchandising standards
• Analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends and support business decisions
• Participate in safety, quality, and compliance procedures in line with company standards
• Collaborate with team members on store projects, promotions, and customer service initiatives
• Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate coatings and solutions
• Complete assigned training modules and shadow leaders to build management skills
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and store performance
• Prepare and deliver brief updates or presentations on assigned projects or findings
