Systems Administrator – Secure Labs Support Team

• Work with technologies including virtualization, servers, clients, networking, storage, and backup
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with team members and stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with customers and peers
• Assist in driving escalations to resolution
• Participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE)
• Utilize technical knowledge to facilitate resolution of service requests and restoration tickets
• Support the implementation of technical solutions for assigned projects
• Provide support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure teams

• Develop relationships with DT peers across the U.S.
• Communicate effectively with Engineering leadership
• Provide ROI based on project performance
• Apply knowledge and personal skills to shape projects with evolving requirements

• University degree or advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Active DoD Secret clearance on day 1 of employment
• U.S. citizenship (required for clearance)
• Experience in a professional, secure environment supporting desktop, server, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Linux)
• Strong networking knowledge
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST 800‑53
• Ability to obtain IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+); active certification preferred

• Additional technology or cloud administration certifications
• Advanced security certifications (e.g., Sec+, CISSP)
• Govt. Security Clearance collateral/Secret
