Systems Administrator – Secure Labs Support Team

Security Clearance:
Active DoD Secret clearance required on day 1 (U.S. citizenship required)
- Work with technologies including virtualization, servers, clients, networking, storage, and backup
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with team members and stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with customers and peers
- Assist in driving escalations to resolution
- Participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE)
- Utilize technical knowledge to facilitate resolution of service requests and restoration tickets
- Support the implementation of technical solutions for assigned projects
- Provide support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure teams
- Develop relationships with DT peers across the U.S.
- Communicate effectively with Engineering leadership
- Provide ROI based on project performance
- Apply knowledge and personal skills to shape projects with evolving requirements
- University degree or advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Active DoD Secret clearance on day 1 of employment
- U.S. citizenship (required for clearance)
- Experience in a professional, secure environment supporting desktop, server, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Linux)
- Strong networking knowledge
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST 800‑53
- Ability to obtain IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+); active certification preferred
- Additional technology or cloud administration certifications
- Advanced security certifications (e.g., Sec+, CISSP)
- Govt. Security Clearance collateral/Secret

USD 68,900 – USD 131,100 (good‑faith estimate based on experience level)
