, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and support daily operations with strong communication and customer service. This role offers the chance to stay visible, respond to security‑related concerns, and help to deter incidents while working with a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and acting with integrity.

Monday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Tuesday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Friday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Saturday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Sunday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and contractors by following site‑specific access control procedures, credential verification steps, and security‑related policies at an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, gate areas, and perimeter, noting unusual conditions, access issues, and other security‑related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
