Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, credential verification steps, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor entry and exit points for a manufacturing and industrial location, check identification and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.;
Document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity, maintain accurate access records, and report unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or security-related incidents to the appropriate contact.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting site personnel during alarms, evacuations, and other security-related events.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for access control issues, equipment concerns, and other conditions that may require follow-up.
