Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies;
Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, manage visitor and contractor entry processes;
Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, access concerns, and policy violations
