Cable Installation Technician

Job Description

Looking for Installation & Cable Technicians for projects in the Cedar Rapids area and surrounding states. Some travel is required; a per diem is included for travel. Candidates must have at least 6 months of low‑voltage experience. The client will consider someone who has knowledge and hands‑on schooling experience. Technicians will install data racks/cabinets, Cat6 cable, coax cable, faceplate, test and label.

They will also set up Direc

TV cable boxes, modems, and satellite dishes for each room, help build out server closets for network setups, and perform occasional trench digging and directional drilling. Technicians will receive directions from the leads on this project.

Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
