HVAC TB Tradesman

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installations and drive results under the direction of the Employer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Respond to basic warranty calls.
• Keep JCI, contractors, and the customer informed of job progress and issues as needed.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure the facility is running efficiently, including upselling opportunities.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.

• Adherence to the company Safety Program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter with ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Willingness to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipe fitters.

Pay Range: $23.59 per hour, determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) / rate sheet.
