• Fire, water, and storm damage mitigation
• Demolition, cleanup, and restoration work
• Equipment setup (drying, air scrubbers, etc.)
• Job site documentation and communication

• Reliability—your team and customers are counting on you
• Physical capability (lifting, demo work, long days when needed)
• A valid driver’s license
• Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
