Millwright / Industrial Mechanic

We’re hiring Millwrights to support installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. This role is a great fit for candidates with millwright, mechanical, welding, or industrial maintenance experience who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Install and repair industrial equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Read and follow blueprints and specifications.
• Use welding and fabrication tools as needed.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, lifts, and hoists.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Work with a team to complete projects efficiently.

• 1+ year of millwright, mechanical, or industrial experience.
• Experience with equipment installation or maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in industrial environments.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Welding (MIG/TIG)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
