Millwright / Industrial Mechanic
We’re hiring Millwrights to support installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. This role is a great fit for candidates with millwright, mechanical, welding, or industrial maintenance experience who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Responsibilities- Install and repair industrial equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Read and follow blueprints and specifications.
- Use welding and fabrication tools as needed.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, lifts, and hoists.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Work with a team to complete projects efficiently.
- 1+ year of millwright, mechanical, or industrial experience.
- Experience with equipment installation or maintenance.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working in industrial environments.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Welding (MIG/TIG)
- Conveyors or material handling systems
- Hydraulics or piping
- General maintenance or repair

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
