What You Will Do

This opportunity offers the chance to service and maintain the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment in the world. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will solve comfort, building inefficiency, and other service‑related issues.

Tradesman shall perform mechanical installations and drive results, mentored by peers and other assigned work under the labor agreement. Troubleshoot and resolve problems. Respond to basic warranty calls. Keep JCI, contractors, and customers informed of job progress and issues as needed. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities. Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.

• Adherence to the company Safety Program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter with ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Be willing to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipe fitters.

Pay Range: $23.59 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
