About the Role

As a vital member of our property maintenance team, you'll play a key part in delivering the exceptional guest experience we're known for. Every day brings something new as you help keep the building running smoothly—from plumbing and electrical to HVAC, pool care, and grounds work. Your day starts with a clear plan and a great team behind you—but when the unexpected happens, you're the hero who steps in to save the day.

Whether it's repairing a guest's "mystery noise," fine‑tuning an HVAC unit, or making a room shine again, you're all about safe, efficient, high‑quality work with minimal disruption. And yes— you'll use technology too. We embrace smart systems and tools that make your job easier, faster, and more impactful.

About You

You're equal parts independent and team‑oriented. You love checking off detailed preventative maintenance tasks, but you're also ready to leap into action the moment a teammate or guest needs you. You're basically the Clark Kent of the maintenance world—calm, capable, and organized—until trouble strikes. Then, in a flash, you transform into Superman, saving the day with your "Mac Gyver" toolkit of skills.
