Job Summary

Responsible for the cash operations of an ATM and Air Vac machines along with first line maintenance responsibilities. The position requires 4‑10 hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
  • Provide cash and courier services to ATM and Air Vac customers as required
  • Perform courier functions such as cash replenishment, ATM and smart safe pulls, coin delivery, and deposits
  • Perform basic first‑line maintenance functions such as clearing jams, rebooting machines, replenishing receipt paper, running diagnostics, software updates, and escalating issues to tech support for follow‑up
  • Partner with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests as scheduled and requested
  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or applicable Cash Depot staff members
  • Communicate inventory and support requests to complete scheduled tasks accurately and timely
  • Perform administrative paperwork accurately and timely
  • Maintain department metric standards in efficiency, safety, first‑time fix rate, and other key metrics
  • Assist other technicians and help train or perform ride‑along training as needed
  • Follow all security procedures and policies

  • Attend training in Wisconsin and maintain technical competencies of ATMs and Air Products
  • Identify and recommend efficiency improvements

  • Flexible work schedule that could include a 4‑ or 5‑day work week
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements / Qualifications
  • High school degree or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured through the company’s risk insurer
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Federal Medical Certification) – required
  • Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
  • Ability to work safely when lifting and performing tasks associated with the position
  • Experience in troubleshooting or electro‑mechanical work
  • Ability to follow expectations set forth in the Field Service Handbook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external contacts
  • Proven ability to be organized, detail‑oriented, multi‑tasking, critical thinking, accurate, thorough, and a problem‑solver
  • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties

Ability to speak, hear, write, and type for reports.

Physical Demands:
Lift, carry, push, pull, and stand up to 50 lbs. Most tasks require lifting 51–100 lbs. frequently; some tasks involve 101–150 lbs. and occasionally 151+ lbs. Manual manipulation may be required. Tasks can include reaching, climbing, crawling, squatting, and kneeling.

Dispenser (part) – 34 lbs.
Coin bag – 40 lbs.
Compressor – 40 lbs.
High‑security base – 60 lbs.
Coin box – 60 lbs.
Concrete bag – 80 lbs.
Dolly – 86 lbs.
Top compartment – 140 lbs.
Vacuum attachment – 310 lbs. (with lifting equipment)
ATM machines – 280–875 lbs. (with lifting equipment). ATMs weighing over 875 lbs. require two (2) field service technicians.
