• Starting pay: $32.07/hour
• Progression up to $38.25/hour
• Additional $0.70/hour shift differential

• 12-hour rotating night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Alternating 36-hour and 48-hour workweeks
• Work approximately half the calendar year, with overtime opportunities available

• 11 Paid Holidays
• Vacation begins accruing quickly:
  • 48 hours after 4 months
  • 84 hours after 1 year

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, electro-mechanical, and electronic systems in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Work with PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, instrumentation, and control systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and other safety practices
• Support continuous improvement and plant reliability initiatives

• Two-year electrical degree or equivalent industrial electrical experience required
• Trade school training, military electrical experience, or certifications preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work safely in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Must successfully complete a background check, physical, and drug screening
