Electrical Superintendent; Data Center

Job Summary

Seeking a traveling Superintendent for Data Center projects. Salary range: $160,000 - $200,000 per year. Monthly per diem: $1,800.

• Total compensation: $160,000-$200,000 per year.
• Monthly travel per diem: $1,800 plus $180 daily food per diem.
• Company provided laptop and phone.

• Oversee all electrical installations and ensure compliance with quality standards and local and national electrical codes.
• Prepare and manage budgets and ensure work is completed within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other construction professionals to maintain schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify correct and safe electrical work.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for electrical installations, considering timeline, budget, and client requirements.
• Use Autodesk and other software to create detailed plans and drawings for installations.
• Ensure integration of electrical systems with lighting, fire protection, etc.

• 6+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in data center, industrial, or commercial sectors.
• Experience with Procore, Plan Grid, Bluebeam, Accubid, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Strong knowledge of local and national electrical codes.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and other construction professionals.
