Preferred qualifications:
- NATE certification and comfort implementing tools like Measure Quick
You kick off your day as a Service Manager at 7:00 AM, scan Service Titan, and align dispatch with seasonal inventory forecasts; by mid-morning you're coaching a tech through Measure Quick data, isolating the true root cause behind inconsistent readings while modeling how to explain services and policies upfront; a complex job pings your phone, you take it, read live diagnostics, decide on repair versus replacement, and ensure payment follows company procedure;
you deliver a focused training segment on refrigerant changes at an in‑house meeting, then ride along to reinforce clean paperwork (hours and materials logged before leaving the site), tidy vehicles and tools, and safe lift operations; you close the day reviewing callbacks with management to prevent repeats, collaborating with install on technical recommendations, supporting a tech’s certification plan, and touching base with a local trade school to keep our recruiting pipeline strong—all while staying in step with dispatch after every call.
SCHEDULE
- Full‑time
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Some evenings and weekends as needed
- You will only be on an on‑call rotation and will not be expected to work every weekend
