FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Cedar Rapids area seeks a Fiber Splicing Supervisor to coordinate field operations for FTTH OSP fiber construction. You’ll supervise crews, manage resources, and ensure safety and quality standards on-site.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in fiber/telecom construction, strong leadership, and the ability to plan, report, and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Valid driver’s license and work authorization in the United States are required.
