Altorfer Cat in Cedar Rapids is seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform basic maintenance, diagnose and repair customer-owned construction and aerial work platform equipment in a fast-paced shop and field environment. You will establish and maintain service-oriented relationships with customers and ensure accurate service documentation.
The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, light travel, and occasional overtime including Saturdays.
