TEKsystems is seeking a fiber optic splicing technician to join our onsite team in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role involves preparing, splicing, testing, and documenting fiber installations across data centers, indoor, and outdoor environments.
You will perform fusion splicing on various cable types, operate OTDR/OLTS equipment, and read splice schematics and project drawings. Regular travel to project sites is required with lodging provided per policy.
