Road Mechanic

We are seeking a Road Mechanic/Technician who performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment in the safest and most effective way possible to avoid downtime. The fleet includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines such as large–scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil–gas equipment.

• Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations.
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
• Collaborate with an incredible team in a safety–focused environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Aerial Work Platforms and construction tools.
• Handle large–scale power–generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil–gas related equipment as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment such as large–scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. 21 years of age & CDL license may be required in some locations.
• Ability to provide own mechanic’s tools of trade.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and fundamentals of troubleshooting.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting heavy equipment up to 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required by the job.

Base Pay Range: $26.46 - $36.37 per hour.
