Communication Data Link is looking for Coax/Aerial Lineman to join our company. We strive to provide a stable long-term career for our employees. We are committed to working hard, working smarter, and working safely while providing a professional service to our customers.
Willing to relocate to Marion, Iowa.
Must have:- Knowledge in building strand, lashing/over lashing, retro fitting, pole transfers, vertical grounds, and building and repairing aerial telecommunications transmission lines.
- 3+ year experience in Coax/Aerial construction
- Proficient in new build, splicing, fiber installation, and pole transfers
- Ability to utilize bucket trucks, climb poles as needed, and utilize standard tools of the trade.
- A respect for safety protocols
- Strong time management
- Ability to work in tough conditions; snow, rain, extreme heat
- Must be willing to travel each week
- Cell Phone Reimbursement
- Paid Time Off schedule that grows to 120 hours per year
