Window Install Helper

Renuity is seeking a Window Install Helper to support high-quality residential window installations. In this on-site role, you'll assist lead installers with measuring, setting, and securing windows, handling materials, and maintaining a clean, safe job site. You'll use basic hand and power tools, follow safety protocols, and perform caulking, sealing, and insulation tasks. Working in a customer-focused, performance-driven team, you'll help deliver an exceptional homeowner experience while building skills and a career in the home remodeling industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with measuring, setting, and securing residential windows
• Load, unload, and stage materials and tools at job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE at all times
• Perform basic caulking, sealing, and insulation around windows
• Support troubleshooting of installation issues under supervision
• Provide professional, courteous interaction with homeowners
• Document work performed and support completion of job reports
