Productivity, Inc. is seeking a CNC Fabrication Specialist to bring laser and press brake expertise to customer-facing engineering support in the Iowa region. You will program, set up, and demonstrate fabrication equipment, and help customers solve laser, nesting, and tooling challenges.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years hands-on fabrication experience, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to explain technical information to non‑technical colleagues. Travel approx. 20% nationwide.
