• Interpret and work from schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Execute concrete finishing and forming tasks as required for various projects.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in construction estimating for upcoming projects to ensure accurate budgeting.
• Carry out welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
• Plumb fixtures and systems according to specifications.
• Engage in frame carpentry for structural support and aesthetic finishes.
• Manage flooring installation projects, ensuring proper techniques are applied for durability.
• Install drywall efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

• Proven experience in building maintenance or construction roles.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong skills in concrete finishing, forming, welding, plumb work, frame carpentry, flooring installation, and drywall installation.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites is essential.
