As a Housing Leadyou are working alongside staff members to support and assist the members, completing documentation accurately and timely, participating in on-call rotation, and filling in direct care hours as needed to ensure coverage. You will also provide weekly progress updates on each member, help develop goals for members, create monthly staffing schedules, review payroll for accuracy, and participate in a variety of other tasks and duties as assigned.

Hours are varied depending on the needs of the organization. This may include, but is not limited to days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This position participates in an on-call rotation.
