Host Home Supervisor; Contract Monitor - Eastern Iowa Region

LSI's Services for People with Disabilities is hiring a full‑time Contract Monitor to oversee Host Home Services in Eastern Iowa. The role is based in Cedar Rapids, Cedar Valley, or Dubuque and includes some travel across the specified counties. This position offers an on‑call rotation and a flexible schedule.

• Act as the main contact for the interdisciplinary team and for individuals served in the host home program.
• Work directly with assigned host homes to provide support, assistance, and instruction that facilitates personal growth and independence.
• Facilitate and participate in interviews and evaluations related to the contracting process for independent providers.
• Oversee contractual compliance and ensure that assigned independent providers deliver quality care meeting contractual requirements.

Travel may be required outside the listed counties to cover service needs and meetings.

• Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED and five years of related experience OR Associates Degree and three years of related experience OR Bachelor's Degree and one year of related experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field and one year of related experience, plus supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, good driving record, and ability to pass a background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry, and a criminal history check.
