Position Overview
As a Youth Service Worker, you’ll be part of our Inpatient Team, delivering direct care services that are client‑centered, strengths‑based, professional, and compassionate. Your role ensures the safety, supervision, and well‑being of youth in our care, plans and leads activities that promote growth, trust, and resilience, and builds therapeutic relationships rooted in respect, empathy, and consistency. Additional pay of $3.00 an hour is available for shifts between 10:00pm Friday and 10:00pm Sunday.
Responsibilities- Ensure safety, supervision, and well‑being of youth in care.
- Plan and lead activities that support growth, trust, and resilience.
- Build therapeutic relationships based on respect, empathy, and consistency.
- Deliver client‑centered, strengths‑based, and compassionate care.
- Must be at least 20 years old.
- One year of direct experience working with children, youth, or families in a professional setting, or meet the education requirement:
- Associate’s degree (AA) in psychology, counseling, social work, nursing, criminal justice, or a related human services field, or completion of two years of college coursework toward a BA in the related field.
